We should mention that according to a report in IANS, Samsung is all set to launch its Galaxy M series smartphones this month. The same report also said that the global launch of the Galaxy M series devices will be held in India. This does make sense because according to prior reports, Samsung is unveiling the Galaxy M series to replace its Galaxy On series and Galaxy J series, both of which are extremely popular in India.
Coming back to Samsung Galaxy M20 smartphone, according to the listing on FCC, it will feature a 6.13-inch display that will come with a waterdrop-shaped notch on top, that is likely to house an 8MP selfie camera. Other than this, the smartphone will come with Bluetooth 5.0 and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi for connectivity and will pack a Li-Po battery EB-BG580ABN. Previous reports have claimed that Samsung Galaxy M20 will come with a 5,000mAh battery, but the FCC listing didn’t mention anything about the battery capacity. The listing does reveal that the dimensions of the smartphone will be 156.4×74.5×8.8mm. It has also been reported that Samsung Galaxy M20 will come with 3GB of RAM clubbed with either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage and will be available in Blue and Dark Grey colours. The listing on FCC also says that the smartphone will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 7885 processor, however, we think that the company may opt to use the newer Exynos 7904 SoC instead. The device will run Android 8.1 Oreo and will sport a dual rear camera setup with 13MP and 5MP sensors. Speaking of Samsung Galaxy M10, the FCC listing last month revealed that the device will have a 6.5-inch display and will run Android 8.1 Oreo too. It was reported that the smartphone will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 7870 processor and pack 3GB of RAM clubbed with 16GB and 32GB internal storage. The battery capacity of the upcoming device was said to be 3,400mAh according to the FCC listing.
