Other than this, tipster Ishan Agarwal has hinted that the Redmi 7 smartphone could be launched in India in the coming weeks. And with the upcoming launch of the selfie-camera centric smartphone, the Redmi Y3 just days away, the Redmi 7 too is expected to be launched at the same event. To recall, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro together at the same event in February this year. So, it won’t be a surprise if the company did the same thing again. In his Twitter post, Jain highlighted the 7 million sold devices of the Redmi Y-series, but his post also highlighted the number ‘7’ multiple times. He also went on to write “But Y 7? RT if you’ve cracked this puzzle”, his statement could refer to the Redmi 7 smartphone which is the successor of the Redmi 6. It should be noted that Redmi 7 has already been launched in China last month, so it would be obvious for Xiaomi to launch the device in India, as it is a very important market for it.
Moreover, tipster Ishan Agarwal last month tweeted that the Redmi 7 could be launched by Xiaomi in India soon. And as mentioned above, we could see the launch of the device when the Redmi Y3 launches in India next week.
