The price cut on the OnePlus 6T variants could be a result of the upcoming device from company – the OnePlus 7. According to a leak, the OnePlus 7 will be launched on May 14 and it will come in three variants – OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro and the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. Some of the known and expected specifications of the upcoming OnePlus 7 are the pop-up selfie camera, a triple rear-camera setup, Snapdragon 855 SoC, a 48MP main camera and much more. It should also be noted that, earlier, the OnePlus 6T devices also received a permanent price cut in China which further proved that the company is trying to clear its stock before launching its next flagship device.
