Drop a pin on Google Maps for desktop
Step 1: Go to https://www.google.com/maps on your web browser. Step 2: Search for the location you want to pin on the map. Step 3: Click on the exact location that you want to mark on the map. You will see a small grey button show up on the location. This is the location ‘pin.’ Click on this pin to know the coordinates of the place.
